The BC NDP government dug its feet in on the Kinder Morgan Pipeline which brought about a strong response from the Alberta NDP Leader Rachel Notley.  The NDP want to use the idea of spill response as a reason to slow down or halt the building of the pipeline & even if they build it they wouldn’t be able to use it to its full capacity.
