La verdad es una prueba fuerte, pero recordé que mi Reto del año pasado de hacer un burpee más por cada día del año me preparó para estos momentos, fuera de mi zona de confort, mayor responsabilidad y cuidar a mi bella esposa, pendiente de los niños y todos los que haceres en casa, pero asumí y me preparé, fácil? Para nada pero como todo cambio, siempre es un desafío al principio💪

The truth is a strong test, but I remembered that my Challenge last year to do one more burpee for each day of the year prepared me for these moments, out of my comfort zone, more responsibility and taking care of my beautiful wife, taking care of the kids and all that to do at home, but I took on and prepared myself, easy? Not at all but like any change, it is always a challenge at the beginning💪.

Esta rutina la pude hacer el Fin de semana en el Skatepark del Poli deportivo, empecé suave, pero esos 300 metros a la redonda del parque van pegando fuerte, tenía tiempo sin correr en el entrenamiento, trabajando el cuerpo completo y exigiendo la capacidad cardio respiratoria y la resistencia, con cada ronda venía una super exigencia mayor, sin embargo no paro de entrenar, es mi momento de dar el máximo fisico y prepararme mentalmente para un nuevo desafío, espero que se animen con esta rutina💪

Cuándo la realidad es que te están engañando, pensar que haciendo abdominales bajará la panza, se asemeja mucho a creer que el sol sale porque el gallo 🐓 canta🙃

Fué una travesía debido a que tengo varios días intentando entrar a grabar en la Pista de atletismo que quedó muy bonita, pero siempre me la he encontrado cerrada, pensé que iba a ver a los corredores, pero no y seguí caminando a la concha, en esa zona con grama artificial pude grabar y antes limpiar debido a que por los carnavales y los conciertos habían colillas de cigarro regadas, pero nada que no se pudiera limpiar y aprovechando la luz del sol hice la nueva etapa del Reto, que se pone más ruda:
