Many families are experiencing secrets that have been hush hush from generation to generation. Some families suffer from substance abuse, mental illness, incest, and other forms of trauma. Alcohol is the root cause for many hardships and atrocities throughout time. It has torn a part many families and has caused loved one's to harm each other.  I believe that these patterns can be broken by having the courage to confront certain issues in your life. We must stop replaying the trauma that has occurred in our lives that is infecting our children.  It is difficult to recognize a dangerous environment outside of your home if you have to dealt with your past. This is a real important topic that people struggle to acknowledge because it is widely accepted. Understanding how we can attract certain scenarios based off of our family energy band, will help you to tune up your frequency to be aligned with the spirit of truth, light, and love.
