Sally discusses her struggles with confidence, eating disorder, childhood trauma, and bipolar that leads to her almost 30-year addiction to alcohol and the destruction it caused. She is now the founder and director of 1 ON 1 Addictions Counseling for Athletes and assists others on their journey to recovery.
