Community Engagement Coordinator, Meret MacDonald and Anti Fracking Campaign Coordinator, Hannah Eakin from Arid Lands Environment Centre (ALEC) came in to share the latest news and events from ALEC. This Thursday 30 April, join them at The Roastery from 6pm for campaign updates, and community workshop: Spotlight on Buffel. ALEC supports both Eastside and Westside gardens and we chatted about working bees on every Sunday 3pm at Westside. There will also be a screening 6pm at Alice Springs Cinema on 7 May of a documentary exposé on the US military as the world's biggest polluter.
