Aled Jenkins studied Photography and Film at Plymouth College of Art and Design before working as a photojournalist, specialising in covering conflicts around the world.
In 1992, he returned to Wales to train as a television cameraman and has been freelance since 1997 - in demand both in the UK and abroad as a skilled cameraman and documentary film maker. Aled is the recipient of the 2016 BAFTA Cymru award for Best Factual Photography for his work on the BBC series 'Patagonia'. Ffoton talks with Aled about his career and his ongoing love of stills photography.
