The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Marion and Crawford Counties has Family-to-Family classes on Saturday's from 9am to 1pm. It's a FREE Peer Education Program specifically for family members and friends of adults who live with mental illness. The class is taught by trained family members of people living with mental illness. Alena Fox from our local NAMI joined the podcast to tell us all about it.
