Alex says it easier to use honey than vinegar and, as a customer, you need to be patient. The representative that Alex encountered spent time, probed other solution options and showed that they truly wanted to make this right.
Customers must be kind, patient and realize it isn't the support representatives fault they are only trying to make it better for YOU. If you want better results be a better customer.
