Today on the Movidiam Creative Leaders Podcast we’re delighted to welcome Alex Cooper. Alex came to his creative career through being in a more non-creative career — as an account manager and then account director for M&C Saachi, while working on other creative exploits on the side. Eventually, he moved into his creative work more directly, first with creative content agency The Wagon, and then into directing full time. Now, he plays many roles, in order to create diverse and interesting content, something that wasn’t exactly possible in the rigid agency model. He sees comedy as the linchpin of good content, and a way for brands to communicate with consumers more effectively, and on a human level. It is a way to get a reaction out of consumers, rather than just dictate impressions. Such is the power of comedy.
