Our guest this week is a true inspiration who has defied all odds. Alex Linnenkohl is from Olympia, Washington where he was known as an undersized football player. Alex had aspirations to play division 1 college football. Despite not having the size, Alex went on to play at Oregon State University where he dominated.

After a great college career and a few years of playing professional football, Alex started his training business "LinePro Football" where he has and currently trains many lineman who have had much success in high school, college and the NFL.
