We had the pleasure of sitting down with Alex Tejeda owner of White Sparrow Coffee Shop. A coffee shop based out of Tustin, CA, that started their business in the midst of COVID, and operated as a mobile shop! Alex, Owner, and Barista, had to overcome multiple obstacles throughout the start of his business, but overcame them and eventually partnered up with a local book store and opened shop.

HUGE NEWS: Alex has recently signed a new lease to his very own shop and we couldn't be more excited for him. Big things coming his way and his story will absolutely captivate everyone.
