Alexia’s passion for Science Technology, Engineering, Maths leadership and entrepreneurship led her to create GirlBoss New Zealand when she was just 16 years old. GirlBoss NZ has now become a 13,500 strong network for ambitious, young New Zealand women.
With over 33 Honours and Awards to her name, Alexia was named the most influential New Zealand woman under 25 at the Westpac Women of Influence Awards and the 2020 Pacific Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
She was selected from over 20,000 nominations to be named a Queen's Young Leader and receive a medal for Services to the Commonwealth at Buckingham Palace from Her Majesty The Queen, the youngest Commonwealth citizen to ever receive this honour.
