I’m Alex and I’ve been married to the love of my life for 11 years! We have 5 beautiful children, ages 1 year to 8 years old, so we stay very busy. We are an incredibly active family that loves to hike, bike, camp, and we always have at least 4 kids in sports. Learning about undisturbed, physiological birth years ago has really catapulted me into a passion for childbirth, postpartum, and parenting. I’ve been honored to share my stories with so many others that are looking to create their own magical birth story, whatever that may look like for them.
