Alice Ikenberry is a fantastic quilt maker! Many of her projects are hand-sewn, using a method called English Paper Piecing. And I realize we didn't really define that on the show, but Google can fill in all those details for you!
We DID talk about the influence of Alice's grandmother, her preferred way to store and display her quilts, and some of her favorite fabrics and tools. Who doesn't want to talk color and general fabric gorgeousness?? Follow Alice on Instagram for some serious inspiration, and sheer beauty in your feed.

A few of Alice's favorite tools:
Poke-a-Dots (finger protectors)
Sewline glue pen
Sewline glue refills (2-pk)

Are you looking to ADVANCE your machine quilting skills?
Machine quilting can be very solitary, especially on a longarm. It's just not that easy to pack up your machine and head to a friend's house for the day, right? But it's important to have that community - that sharing of ideas and tips, encouragement and motivation.
