Alice Shikina is an author, international speaker, mediator and communication/negotiation trainer. She mediates workplace conflicts and divorces. Alice also coaches non-profit staff members on conflict resolution and communication. She is the Conference Chair for the Academy of Professional Family Mediators. She is also on the ADR executive committee for the Alameda County Bar Association. In her free time, Alice enjoys rowing, swimming and playing the violin.
