Episode 023 – Alicia Barrett – decided to make the move into tech because she thought being able to code would help her in her customer support role. She invested in herself and did a six-month part-time coding bootcamp at Georgia Tech. After graduating she did an internship and is now working for the company voted the #1 place to work in Atlanta. Alicia is also a speaker.
She got introduced to tech by doing jobs creating websites. After moving to Atlanta she decided to jump full-time into tech by doing a coding bootcamp.

Alicia talks about juggling work-life balance while doing a coding bootcamp, what the experience was like and her process of finding a job after graduating.
