Back in 1979, when the general public might not have formed an opinion on whether Aliens were real or not, Ridley Scott's "Alien" dropped and probably gave birth to a whole NEW fear of DA ALIENS in general! I can see why because goddamn, I legit got scared a couple of times!!

Was this movie so scary back in 1979 that it made people check their stomachs while in the theaters to make sure they didn't have a Xenomorph ready to pop out of them? Imagine having to use KY Jelly to make an Alien look more Alien-y?? WHY WOULDN'T SIGOURNEY WEAVER JUST COOPERATE WHEN IT CAME TO FIXING HER PANTIES FOR THE SAKE OF THE FILM'S BUDGET???
