Alien abductions are when people get taken against their will by creatures not of this world. Why certain people are taken is unclear. Many people who claim to have been abducted are often ridiculed and harassed for coming forward with their stories. While some most definitely did not get abducted there are a few who are very credible and at least deserve to be heard.
