EA Review: Alienmade - Treant Protector [DBM008]

Alienmade's intuition for poetically descriptive track titles is unfaltering. Again, "Elephant Walk" sounds much as one might imagine. Like a herd of elephants on their everyday epic adventure to a lush stream, the tune lopes along majestically, led by instinct. Upon brief investigation, the gritty mid-range roars do impressively imitate an elephant's trumpet, and fluttering bird calls in the background conjure the ambiance of its habitat. Moving along at an elephant's swaggering pace, "Elephant Walk" gives conventional momentum to the atmospheric EP.
