In this obvious homage to (or more aptly put complete rip-off of) the immensely popular Christmas film 'Love, Actually' we learn about how in an alternate reality tiny aliens forcing everyone to stay holed up in their homes and only visit the outside world in hazmat suits really brought people closer together, or something. Also in the future, there are swimming cars. Not flying ones.
