We are almost halfway through our second Season on The Generational View!  We have enjoyed our What Gen Z Wants series, and learned so much about their perspectives, experiences, expectations, desires, etc. This is so important because Gen Z will be 25% of the workforce by 2025, and we still do not fully understand this generation.

We are excited to have Steven Robertson, Generation Z, Millennial and Alpha Gen specialist, as our first Expert Interview this season.  Steven is CEO of Bold Education, an organization that specializes in youth to adult programming that turns curiosity into passion and skill. He serves as a Consultant to business on how to recruit, hire, onboard, train, retain and manage the next generation.
