Third USB ultrasonic humidifier module with what I thought might be a flyback diode (which doesn't make sense in the application). It's not - it's part of the supply decoupling and this unit has a flaw in that it does not have a capacitor between the microcontroller and MOSFET gate, which means it can self destruct if the processor crashes.
