One of the most common barriers that can arise is the mindset of perfection. That is things can’t be done perfectly, then why bother doing anything at all.
This can turn into a cycle of self sabotage where you are continuously delaying your own progression mentally and physically. There will always be different seasons of our lives and health and fitness journeys. We need to be able to create a baseline of sustainability, and toggle our intensity.
