Having such a big change in my routine, makes me anxious. And I don’t think I am alone.
It can feel challenging to find a new balance. We need to find time to get our work done, prioritize ourselves and wellness and also be present in Motherhood so we can make memories, play and be present.
The best thing we can do to support ourselves is be intentional, so I came up with a few strategies on how I plan to navigate summer and find balance.
