Paula has helped over 4,000 individuals during her 10 years' experience as a trauma-based coach and is also a survivor of domestic abuse. Her story of survival paired with her education has allowed her to bring compassion and education to the clients she serves. Paula is the founder of Directing Paths LLC where the mission is to help individuals who are recovering, exiting or transitioning from abusive relationships discover their purpose and step into abundance.
