Things are happening. Things I once hoped for, imagined, talked about and dreamed about are slowly becoming part of my actual life.

But life is still life. There are challenges happening alongside the exciting things, uncertainty alongside belief, and plenty I still don’t have figured out.

This episode is about continuing anyway. Keeping the faith. Taking the next step. Trusting your heart and believing that somehow, things have a way of working themselves out. I’m not here because I have the answers. I’m living the experiment too.

In All My Wholeness

What happens when something hits a nerve… and instead of pushing the feeling down, you let yourself move through it?

This episode is a little different. Something happened, I felt myself reacting, and I decided to align out loud — in real time.

I explore the fear of being too much while somehow still being told I’m not enough. The contradictions of being multifaceted. The parts of ourselves we’ve learned to soften, hide or mask in order to fit comfortably into the spaces around us.

And the deeper truth I keep coming back to: I don’t want to be accepted in pieces. I want to exist in my wholeness.

All of me. The depth, the lightness, the intensity, the playfulness, the ambition, the vulnerability, the contradictions — because many things can be true at once.

Maybe there’s a quiet revolution happening among those of us who are tired of masking. Tired of shrinking. Tired of performing versions of ourselves that are easier for other people to understand. Maybe what we’re really looking for are spaces where we don’t have to…

What happens when you’re clear about the reality you’re creating but the path towards it asks you to loosen your grip?

Over the past month, I’ve faced challenges that could have pulled me away from my vision, made me question myself, or sent me back into old ways of responding. But instead, I’m learning the art of surrendering. Not letting go as in giving up, but letting go of the need to control exactly how everything unfolds. And enjoying the flow of how my desires show up in my experience. 

In this episode, I share what conscious creation currently looks like in my real life: taking aligned steps towards the future I see for myself, allowing my heart to lead, moving with what feels right, and remaining steadfast even when my external reality hasn’t caught up yet.

This is the messy middle. The place where intention meets uncertainty, faith meets challenge, and surrender becomes part of the creation itself. How delicious!! 

I don’t know exactly how it’s all going to unfold. But I do trust what I’m creating and I absolutely trust who I’ve become along the way.

I’ve spent years talking about alignment.
Following what feels true.
Listening to the quiet nudges.
Choosing myself over who I thought I had to be. I always thought the alignment would be internal. I never expected my body to join the conversation.

A few weeks ago I felt drawn to start stretching. No goal. No program. Just curiosity. One small decision led to another, and before I knew it, years of tension began to soften. My body started moving differently. Standing differently. Feeling different. It was as though my body had been holding onto a version of me that I no longer needed.

The butterfly was never the end of my story.
She taught me how to leap. 
The dragonfly has taught me how to trust the air beneath my wings. 
This episode isn’t about stretching. It’s about what happens when you stop forcing your life and start listening to yourself.

The smallest moments of excitement.
 The quiet whispers.
 The tiny choices that seem insignificant until you look back and realise they changed everything.

Maybe alignment isn’t something we achieve… Maybe it’s something we remember.

Many Things Are True at Once

This episode starts somewhere between procrastination, a trip to Auckland, and me once again noticing all the ways I can be both the person creating the life I want… and the person getting in my own way.

Because many things are true at once... I know what I am capable of and still procrastinate. I can believe in expansion and still hit my own self-imposed limitations.
I can be surrounded by people who love me and still recognise that not everyone is able to support the version of me I’m becoming… The version of me who wanted this, Who worked towards this, Who kept showing up, connecting, creating, speaking, trying, procrastinating, doubting, restarting… and somehow still moving.

And that’s what I’ve been creating all along.

Not just a podcast.
Not just businesses.
Not just opportunities.

Connection! Spaces where people can be seen. Where ideas can be spoken before they’re fully formed. Where someone else’s expansion doesn’t have to be a threat and 
 Where we can help remind each other who we are when we temporarily fall back into old identities, old beliefs and old ceilings.

I’m realising how much the people around us matter. Who we share our dreams with matters. Who we allow to into our lives matters… There is something that happens when we get out of our usual environment and into a room with people who can see possibility where others see limitation. People who can feed the flow instead of interrupting it. People who don’t need us to become less in order for them to feel comfortable. A safe place to say the messy parts out loud. The procrastination. The contradictions. The manifestations. The limitations. The moments where we catch ourselves shrinking or expanding. 
 Oh, many things can be true at once!

Today’s plans changed unexpectedly, and instead of seeing it as rejection, I chose to see it as an invitation to go deeper… I’ve spent years reading the books, listening to the podcasts and learning from incredible teachers. But information only becomes wisdom once it’s lived.

So this is me walking the talk… aka aligning out loud. Testing the teachings in real time.
Sharing what works, what doesn’t, what challenges me and what helps me find my way back to myself.

In this episode I explore the feelings and sensations that arise when life doesn’t unfold how you expect and how I’ve learned to use them as guides instead of obstacles… And somewhere along the way, another question emerges… Is this becoming something bigger than a podcast???  Who knows.

For now, I’m just walking the path and saying the quiet parts out loud, in the hopes  something i say might help you navigate your own. Here aligning isn’t just allowed, it’s kinda the whole point.

The path is always unfolding. This little experiment is teaching me far more about myself than I ever expected. Every time I speak out loud, another layer reveals itself. Another belief. Another truth. Another choice.

The journey within has a funny way of changing the world around us. The answers I’ve been searching for were never somewhere “out there.” They were waiting beneath the noise, inside me, ready for me to notice them.

This episode is another moment of choosing, choosing curiosity over certainty, presence over perfection, and consciously creating a reality that reflects who I’m becoming.

Some days I feel expansive, aligned and full of possibility… Some days I cry because I didn’t achieve what I thought I should.
Both are true.

This episode was recorded in the messy middle, where the human experience takes over and emotions ask to be felt instead of bypassed. I’m learning that there isn’t a “good” version of me and a “bad” version of me…There is only me.

The observer. The narrator. The one taking action, getting triggered, releasing, and doing it all over again.

If I’ve learned anything, it’s this:

Action. Trigger. Release. Repeat.
Maybe that’s what growth really looks like. Not becoming someone new…Remembering that every facet belongs.
