In each breath practice, we do the Minor Yogi Exercise. With this breath exercise, we call forth our perfect blueprint of being. In this episode, we explore more deeply what that blueprint is and how it harmonizes and clarifies all layers of our being. Starting with our physical bodies, we use imagination as a tool to align with the blueprint, calling Light into all our cells of the body. We recognize the power of our emotional bodies, using the blueprint to clarify our emotions, aligning to higher flows. Our mental bodies also come into alignment, with higher thoughts flowing. We venture further into beauty and harmony, into no time and timelessness, calibrating to our own True North.
