Growing up I was extremely hard on myself and would fall into the pattern of beating myself up to get things done and not letting myself have fun in the process. I would make things extra hard for myself, but then I would hit burnout mode and come crashing down.
I am now learning to support myself in the process of achieving my goals by aligning them with my interests, needs and strengths so I can have fun along the way.
In this episode, I show you how the beating-yourself-up method is counter-productive and how you can actually be more productive when you walk in alignment with your authenticity.
