- Hal Elrod The more we hustle, the more we feel the pressure to be more. The more pressure there is to fear that we're getting it all wrong, and that there's too much that can go wrong. When we're in constant hustle mode, we're doing more, but not necessarily more fulfilled. I've got my own stories of hustle and burnout, burnout and hustle. It's been an old narrative for way too long in my life, until I realised that I could work 24 hours a day for the rest of my life, and not necessarily be happy.
