This week, we dive into the story of iconic cartoonist and feminist champion, Alison Bechdel. Alison not only created the "Bechdel Test" that is used to mneasure the representation of women in media, but she also wrote and illustrated some of the most iconic American cartoons of the last century. Her work, "Fun Home: A Family Tragicomic", chronicles her childhood, and was also adapted into a Tony-Award-Winning musical.
