Alissa Timoshkina's first book, Salt and Time, is published in March this year. It's an investigation into Russian cuisine that offers up recipes as well as delving into the history and culture of the country. Alissa has run a fabled supper club in London that connects film and food. Alissa is part academic, part cook, part author and will be joining us at The Good Life Experience this year.
