A man who hardly needs an introduction; Alistair Brownlee, MBE.

Alistair is one of the greatest ever Triathletes. He often competes alongside his younger brother Johnny Brownlee. You might remember the inspiring moment in 2016 when he carried his brother to the line. Something that had never ever been seen before in the sport.

Alistair grew up Yorkshire. He attended 2 universities - University of Leeds and Leeds Metropolitan University. He completed his dissertation at the same time as winning the Olympic Gold Medal in London!

It doesn't matter if you're not a super keen sportsperson. The advice Alistair gives out is applicable across all areas of life.
