For Nick's second pick he chooses metalcore pioneers Killswitch Engage's seminole 2002 album Alive or Just Breathing!  Nick and Chelsea once again take a stroll down memory lane back to the beginnings of the New Wave of American Heavy Metal era.  Chelsea remembers how much she misses the chugs of early metalcore, and Nick goes into how this album got him into metal, and realizes how much this album really means to him.
