ABOUT THIS MESSAGE: 
God is light. If we walk in the darkness, we don’t have fellowship with him. Many people will speak warmly of God and his place in their lives, but their thoughts, words, and actions betray their warm speech. This is true of all of us, and therefore all of us need to hear this call today to repent. Thanks be to God that God answers that confession with the blood of Jesus which purifies us from all sin, defends us against condemnation, and motivates us to live a life that is marked not by mere words, but behavior that is in harmony with the light of God and the cleansing blood of Christ. He is faithful. He is just. He is righteous to forgive.
