Are you struggling with your mental health or challenges in your life? Don't suffer in silence and reach out for help. Moray Mental Health Football Club and The Kickabout Aberdeen are two organisations there to offer support and both use football as a vehicle to support men and women going through a difficult time. They will come together on Sunday, April 20th at 12noon for a charity game at Station Park, home of Nairn County FC, to raise money for suicide prevention charity Mikeysline.
