In this solo episode, Danielle talks all about boundaries: personal space, sexuality, emotions and thoughts, stuff, time and energy, culture, religion/spirituality & ethics. She dives into key boundary mindsets to help you become more comfortable with standing your ground. She also shares with you examples of her own personal life for each of the 8 categories of boundaries mentioned. Danielle shares with you tips that have helped her to set boundaries.

Questions to ask yourself: what beliefs do you hold around setting boundaries? do you hold any limiting beliefs? what are my values? are my values usually upheld or are they usually challenged? how does my body feel in certain situations? what is my gut telling me?

Example of an I-statement: I feel ____ when ____ because _____. What I need is _____. "I feel upset when you don't pay attention to me when I'm talking to you because I value our time together. What I need is for us to stay off of our phones when we're talking to each other."
