Greetings, divine beings of light! In this episode, The Shaman and The Medium discuss chakras and share personal stories about their blocked chakras. We talk about the root chakra and how childhood trauma can affect it. We also discuss the sacral chakra and the importance of being mindful of who we allow into our sacred space. Finally, we talk about the solar plexus chakra and the impact of body shaming and low self-worth. We emphasize the importance of healing and breaking generational cycles.
