Triggers have been a road map to finding parts of myself that have splintered off through trauma.It’s really easy for me to step into the victim mode when I’m emotional reactive. But when I am ready to take a look at what just happened I’ve been learning that these triggered emotions are often rooted from something I experience in my childhood if not some sort of trauma later in life. It’s been really easy to just step in to the ego and let the ego take over and say you know what you’re not a good person this wasn’t right. But then when I start piecing it together I look at what this person showing me. A mirror to my soul. What is my soul saying. Thank you 2021 for all the lessons.

December 30, 2021 For me COVID was like Ayahuasca
I have faced my death before. So that wasn't new to me did I feel afraid. Nope did I want this torture to end YES!!!! This Virus was determined to make me release. Release all the walls I built around the recent loss of my Dad to Covid and my sister 6 years ago. I was being broken spiritually , Physically and mentally being taught to let go. It's okay to cry now. This virus humbled me. It taught me humans cry when someone dies. It taught me ego is good to an extent but its okay Im human I can be angry. This virus was oh so similar to my journey with AYAHUASCA. I Had to surrender to the human experience I wasn't a super natural understanding human of DEATH. Its real to cry I cried for days I missed my dad the virus showed me where all these emotions were lying dormant in my body. No I had my mind, body and spirit all in one spot all attentive ready for the release the release that its okay to hurt. Its okay to cry its okay to be vulnerable. Its okay to be HUMAN. Im Honored for the experience. It was like dying every day. I came out stronger. Im currently on the mend putting myself back one step at a time Thank you to all those that prayed for me and loved on me . Love you for all those fighting the fight I send you you love ❤️

I think it’s very important to share ideas as humans even in a public format like social media. However there is a thin line that we can cross easily and that thin line can turn into hate or anger these days. We’re often quick to dismiss peoples right to opinions and believes & spread hate. In my experience removing myself from these very angry discussions I was able to break down walls. The Walls were created by me in my mind. Once I was able to remove the division I wasn’t afraid anymore. I wasn’t angry anymore. I was able to participate in more constructive conversations.

Lately my Sixth Sense has been off the charts. It really made me sit back and think when and how did this all happened. That’s what brings me to you today. I started thinking this is amazing! It feels amazing! To be able to rely on you and your gut intuition is a very freeing feeling. It’s a work in progress for me .
