In our fourth episode, we sent a team of students to interview the founder and director of South Miami’s Larkin Community Hospital Dietetic Internship, Registered Dietitian Su-Nui Escobar. Joining her is also Larkin’s main preceptor, registered dietitian Natalie Carabeo.
