My work as a doula is such a huge part of my life and sharing this story brings a tear to my eye. Being a fertility, birth, and postpartum doula, I have the opportunity to work with families from the preconception-postpartum phases of their journey. I love getting to be a part of these seasons that women and families go through. From cycle tracking and awareness, pregnancy prevention/achievement, and assisted reproductive technology or adoption, fertility doulas are there to support! Birth doulas take time to make sure you have the information and support you need to have the birth of your dreams! Postpartum doulas assist new families with newborn care, light household chores and taking care of the external things, while families have the opportunity to soak in their new babe! Taking the time to listen to my doula story means the world. Hope you enjoy!
