Rental properties could Single Family Residence, Multi Family Residence, Vacation/Short Term Rental, Commercial, Land (for events like a concert) etc.

Detailed expenses (on Schedule E) should be kept for each address.  Schedule E of the IRS will show the items to be included.  In addition to the expenses outlined on the form we will explain other items to be included.

We will also discuss items to be included in the lease and what legal rights we have as a landlord and legal rights of the tenants.
