As we embark upon Thanksgiving and we are still very present in the global pandemic, challenging racial & political climates; I will take this time to focus on gratitude and how to cultivate it.
Gratitude is powerful as it has the power to change and enrich lives. What is gratitude? Well, gratitude is acknowledgement and appreciation of what you deem important and meaningful. Essentially, it is being thankful for the people, places, and things we have in our lives that bring us joy. The benefits of gratitude or priceless. There is a level of mindfulness that comes from being grateful that fosters positivity, reduces stress & anxiety, and we become happier, healthier and present!
