Tonight, we take a detailed look at U.S. House Resolution 1161 which is threatening direct shipment of wine, beer and spirits.  Select members of Congress and the wholesalers associations are supporters of this bill.  Those who oppose this include winemakers, retailers, brewers and distillers.
