We heard a joke once, man goes to doctor - says he's depressed, life seems harsh and cruel. Says he feels all alone in threatening world. Doctor says treatment is simple the great clown Pagliacci was in town, go see him, that should pick you up. Man bursts into tears but doctor he says I am Pagliacci. Good joke. Everybody laugh. Roll on snare drum. Curtains. Or so it only seemed for the classic The Watchmen that is until the excellent 2019 HBO series WATCHMEN starring Regina King as the exceptional Angela Abar aka Sister Night! In what could be considered a direct sequel to the famous graphic novel this series lives up to the hype! While we're a little late to the dance we certainly cannot wait to chop this one up with you Friday Nighters! Grab some beers or better yet some beans and find out that it's US who watches Watchmen!
