The prophetic words we speak should be seasoned with salt, and flavored with grace.   Love covers a multitude of sin and we are not to call out people’s sin or struggles to humiliate them or bring shame. The Words of Knowledge or Words of Wisdom that we receive by the prompting of the Holy Spirit is filtered through our hearts and manifest in encouragement through words that speak hope and bring transformation.We are not all prophets but we can prophecy when we receive the gifts of knowledge, wisdom or prophecy. These are part of the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit that are governed by the Holy Spirit living in us.
