If there is one thing that needs to be improved upon now a days its communication.  We communicate in all sorts of ways, yet people rarely feel the need to improve upon it.  I would say, at best we have found ways to do more of it, but more of it does not mean that the communication is always healthy.  We somehow have managed to do more of communicating badly in some instances.  This episode we talk about how communication happens; the value and liability of communication in relationships; and techniques for better communication in relationships.  We end the podcast with some self reflection exercises that can be downloaded through our "Become a Member link"  on our website or show notes.
