This is the week 6 recap of the You Fooked up 45, we have completed day 42 of 45. I  talk today briefly about blowing out my back and how I will get through these last 3 days. I try to think about who I want to be after this challenge is over and how I don't want to fook up again. I will be eating like a degenerate on day 46 but I need to keep in mind that this sucked, and I don't want to do it again. Thanks everyone for listening, this series ends next week with a final recap.
