Desperation is an emotion that all of us can relate to, even if what causes it is different for each one of us. The good news isn't just that Jesus understands that, but that Jesus comes to desperate people in the places where they feel the most desperate! In Luke 18:35-43, we find a desperate man whose life was changed forever because Jesus asked him one simple, profound, destiny-altering question: "What do you want me to do for you?" He asks us the same question, and our answer can literally change the rest of our lives.
