1 Corinthians 12:12-271.God's Design God designed us for community, making each of us uniquely for Him and for each other. As believers we are called to be the body of Christ, to mourn together, to rejoice together, to build up and and sharpen one another. When one member of the body suffers, it is felt by the whole body. This anatomical picture was intentional to God's design of His church.2.Community & BelongingIt's a basic human need and human nature to long for a sense of belonging. As we are united in Christ, we are made into a family by His blood. A family is meant to share their lives with eachother, to know one another and to support each other. We need community in the church desperately.3.Our growth & God's PurposesGod loves to work through community. Our relationships with each other are a gift from Him. We get to grow each other and spur each other on as we walk with Jesus. 4. Prioritizing Community The ministry was never meant to be done alone. It can't be done alone. Only when we prioritize gathering as a community and a family, can we effectively live out our faith. God wants to grow you and use you to grow others in the body. It all starts with community.
