As a redeemed people who must live holy lives unto God but also exist, live, and even serve in the darkness we are under the constant pressure to bow the knee to the prevailing whims of the world. Paul exhorts the Corinthians to be the light of the world and to not allow themselves to be “yoked” to those who would threaten their allegiance to God and their desires to be holy!
